The breakfast buffet disappointed me this time. the selection felt limited, especially without many meat-free options. i had previously enjoyed it much more. I believe there has been a decline in quality compared to earlier visits, also a shower tap was broken in my room i found that the room was in need of some maintenance.

The room was spacious, very clean, and amazing. the hotel surprised me by decorating the room with a birthday theme plus a cake, WHAT A nice touch. the swimming pool has a tropical and peaceful vibe. I really loved relaxing by the pool and jacuzzi. the gym is well-equipped with cardio machines, weights, and both dry and steam saunas.
the reception staff WAS not as friendly and cute, a little bit disappointing for a luxury hotel.

Breakfast at orchid cafe was excellent, and it had plenty of choices with great quality. the evening cocktail hours at the living room were also very good. The food and drinks were nice. the atmosphere was chill with jazz music.

the location is perfect, close to the bts and mrt and shopping malls. this makes it super convenient for getting around and exploring the surrounding areas! it allowed easy access to different parts of the city.
